For this Dutch fashion and lifestyle brand, we created a temporarily workspace in a industrial warehouse in Amsterdam North. Using modular units and second-hand materials, we created an inspiring, sustainable, and circular workspace. Everything in the warehouse is demountable, allowing for great flexibility in adapting the workspace to changing needs.

The entire interior can also be relocated to a different site.
On either side of the central axis of this ‘work village’ are stacked wooden units, used as a demo store, work and meeting spaces, showrooms, and fitting rooms.
The units were developed in collaboration with Sustainer Homes. All other components were made from reused materials, often found on Marktplaats (second- hand online market)

Fitting rooms were built using old doors and floors, and a spiral staircase was made from rejected plywood sheets. The floor is made of reclaimed Stelcon slabs.
Although this project is nearly 10 years old and Sissy Boy has since moved to a new location, it demonstrates how inspiring circular and sustainable design can be.
