Recent work includes a Passive House-certified rowhome in Northern Liberties that redefines what’s possible on a narrow urban site. A carved setback not only brings in light and park views, but creates a new rhythm for rowhouse living proving that resilient architecture can also be deeply warm and personal. Other projects include the sensitive renovation of a 1920s stone colonial revival mansion in Chestnut Hill, balancing historic preservation with spatial innovation and modern interiors.
Led by Lauren Thomsen, AIA, the studio is a WBENC-certified woman-owned firm with a growing portfolio of work that reflects a commitment to technical rigor, human scale, and design that endures. While based in Philadelphia, we are open to traveling for projects aligned with our values.
