The construction of the Rimac Campus was initiated with the goal of uniting all segments of the company in one location, enabling seamless integration of development processes and production. Located in Sveta Nedelja, near Zagreb, the campus encompasses business, development, and production facilities, along with supporting amenities for visitors and employees.
The project is planned in phases, including the construction of the production facility, office building, and landscape design. The campus is defined by a glazed office building and a large enclosed production volume, connected by a green roof beneath which supporting amenities for employees are located.

The project envisions the establishment of a new public and social axis that includes green and recreational zones, within which the campus is integrated. Although it is a private initiative, the campus is designed without conventional barriers and fencing.
The production facility spans over 75,000 square meters and enables serial production—from components to the final product. The building is conceived as a "showroom factory," where production processes are visible through glass displays, becoming part of the visitor experience and presentation.

The main architectural feature is a continuous profiled metal cladding stretching one kilometer in length. By eliminating right angles in its design, the usual division into front and back sides disappears—every side is equally important. Aluminum was chosen for the façade because it is lightweight, easy to assemble, and adaptable to curvature at corners. The clarity of the envelope allows it to accommodate all dynamic processes taking place within.

The new office building is designed around two enclosed multi-story atriums of distinct character, housing an auditorium for presentations and a green space for relaxation and focused work. Sunlight and daylight studies defined the ratio of glazing to wall surface on the façade. A distinctive cantilevered eave, shaped by the angle of incoming light, allows for unobstructed views while following the curved contours of the façade.

As the complex is expected to accommodate over a thousand employees and visitors, a key design element is the planning of movement paths for various user types. Goods flow along efficient routes, while visitors move at a slower pace, gradually discovering the campus. On special occasions, the internal campus road transforms into a racetrack.

The Rimac Campus combines high technology with the natural environment, creating a dynamic space that embraces change and adapts to future development—with an emphasis on sustainability and the integration of technology, nature, and community.
