The Sperling project was a complete transformation of a home built in the late 1980s. Initially plagued by a series of structural and cosmetic issues, including water damage, masonry failure, and a failing heating system, the home was in need of a major overhaul. The goal was to breathe new life into this house, creating a space that felt timeless, luxurious, and comfortable while ensuring it could withstand the test of time. The design drew heavy inspiration from Parisian style—cool, classic, and effortlessly timeless. A focus was placed on integrating old-world design elements with modern touches.

The home features an artful blend of traditional finishes such as dentil mouldings, ceiling medallions, and custom millwork with contemporary materials like Arabescato Corchia marble, oak hardwoods, and true grasscloth. The goal was to create a sense of refinement that felt both serene and inviting, balancing luxury with warmth. The result is a home that feels timeless and sophisticated, with a perfect balance of elegance and practicality. The Sperling project successfully transformed a dated, deteriorating home into a serene, modern space, ideal for family living while maintaining a sense of warmth and luxury.
