Upon arrival, visitors are enveloped in the tactile richness of ribbed travertine—an architectural element that serves both as a visual anchor and a tactile memory, referencing the project’s Mediterranean soul. The palette is quietly luxurious, where neutral tones, bronze accents, and soft lighting come together in a choreography of restraint and elegance. Carefully placed lighting installations—mirroring those specified for the residences—create an interplay of shadow and reflection, subtly revealing the depth of material and detail.
